YOUR Training Day - it's all about you.

The day starts off with a welcome and introductions and a discussion about your objectives or the day.

The morning is spent largely on THEORY and the presentations focus on issues such as;

Ageing - factors and effects About the treatment and its mode of action, Science behind the products, Client selection and assessment, Practical issues, Legal and consent issues, Equipment, treatment areas, Study of before and after photos Business issues and marketing And much more.... LUNCH is provided and if you have any particular dietary requirements please let us know before the course so that we can make arrangements for you. Our courses in Southampton at Xavier G. Medi-Spa's training suite include lunch at Southampton's prestigious Dockgate4 restaurant.

The restaurant is situated in the old ballroom of the former Cunard South Western Hotel where the 1st class passengers of the Titanic dined and danced prior to boarding the ill-fated voyage. Our courses at other locations include a buffet-style lunch of a selection of fresh sandwiches.

Lunch is followed by a PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION on a patient so that you can put the theory you have learned into context before you start treating live models after lunch. The afternoon comprises of PLENTY OF DELEGATE HANDS-ON TRAINING. We have an extensive model programme so we do provide models but if you do prefer to bring your own model simply let us know so we can place them on the programme for the day.

Our model programme enables you to get plenty of practice on the day to help you build your confidence and experience.

The day closes with a short SELF-ASSESSMENT that enables you to re-cap on the day's key points and it helps us to evaluate the effectiveness of your training. Your feedback on the day is extremely important to us so there is also a short TRAINING EVALUATION FORM to enable us to receive your feedback.

Finally there is a FINAL DISCUSSION to recap on your objectives that you set at the s tart of the day and we let you know how to contact us for your FREE POST-COURSE SUPPORT facility.

Also, don't forget that participation in this CPD certified training can be evaluated and recorded in line with the CPD policy of your professional body or organisation.
