Professional Indemnity Insurance Providers


To ensure that you are covered in the unfortunate event of a claim there are a number of commercial insurance providers/underwriters available. These differ in nature from professional defence unions (e.g. the DDU or MDU for example) in that because you enter into a commercial insurance agreement, these commercial insurers are obliged to defend you, which is not always the case with the professional defence unions.
